Role: Oracle Channel Revenue Management Consultant (CHRM)

Must Have Skills:
The Oracle Channel Revenue Management Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle solutions related to channel revenue, pricing, rebates, and partner programs. This role works closely with sales, finance, and partner management teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, effective pricing strategies, and optimized channel performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
Skills Required
· Strong understanding of channel sales, pricing, and rebate processes
· Expertise in Oracle CRM / E-Business Suite / Fusion modules
· Knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 preferred)
· Data analysis and reporting skills · SQL knowledge (preferred)
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management
· Problem-solving and analytical thinking

· Techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS (R12) & Cloud (R13) area

· Oracle Order Management
· Oracle Receivables
· Hands on Experience in EBS (R12) is must and Oracle Cloud (R13) is good to have
· Integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle CRM / Revenue Management Implementation
· Implement and configure Oracle Channel Revenue Management, Oracle Trade Management, or Oracle Revenue Management modules
· Translate business requirements into Oracle system configurations
· Support end-to-end lifecycle: Design, Build, Test (SIT & UAT), Deployment, Hypercare
Channel Pricing & Incentive Management
· Configure pricing structures, discounts, rebates, and promotions
· Design and implement partner incentive programs
· Ensure pricing consistency across sales channels
Partner & Channel Operations
· Support distributor and reseller program setups · Manage deal registrations, claims, and settlements
· Maintain partner hierarchies and channel structures
Revenue Recognition & Compliance
· Ensure accurate revenue tracking and reporting per accounting standards
· Support integration with Oracle Financials (AR, GL, AP)
· Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Data Management & Integration
· Manage data migration, validation, and cleansing
· Integrate Oracle CRM/Revenue tools with ERP, Salesforce, or other platforms
· Ensure data accuracy and system integrity
Reporting & Analytics
· Develop dashboards and reports on channel performance and revenue metrics
· Provide insights into pricing effectiveness and channel profitability
· Monitor KPIs such as margins, rebates, and sales performance
Support & Troubleshooting
· Provide post-implementation support and enhancements
· Troubleshoot system issues related to pricing, rebates, and transactions
· Handle bug fixes and coordinate with technical teams
Stakeholder Collaboration
· Work with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams
· Communicate effectively with partners and internal stakeholders
· Support change management and user adoption
KPIs / Performance Metrics
· Successful project delivery within timelines
· Accuracy of pricing, rebates, and settlements
· Revenue leakage reduction · System performance and issue resolution time
· Partner satisfaction and channel efficiency
