Job Description

Job Summary: -

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Business Operations Leader to manage and improve our Oracle systems. This person will lead the AMS team and handle both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. They will connect IT and business teams to ensure systems run smoothly, improve performance, and keep users satisfied

 

Key Responsibilities: -

 AMS Team Leadership & Operations

* Lead a global team supporting Oracle EBS (R12) to keep daily operations running smoothly and fix issues quickly. 

* Manage system updates and improvements while following best practices to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

 

Oracle Cloud & EBS Strategy:

* Plan and improve the use and performance of Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM) so the business gets maximum value. 

*  Manage the transition from Oracle E-Business Suite to Fusion Cloud, ensuring smooth integration, stable systems, and accurate data flow

 

Customer Engagement & IT Leadership: 

* Work closely with business teams (Finance, HR, Supply Chain) to make sure IT systems support their goals and needs. 

* Ensure users are happy by providing training and clear updates, and regularly report system performance and progress to leadership

 

Project & Governance: 

 *Manage full project lifecycle and improvements while ensuring strong security, compliance, and data accuracy across all Oracle systems.

 

Required Qualifications: -

* Experience: 20+ years in IT roles, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role managing Oracle AMS teams.

* Oracle Expertise: Strong, hands-on functional/technical experience with both Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, or SCM).

* Leadership: Proven experience managing offshore support teams and vendor relationships.

* Customer Focus: Demonstrated success in acting as a trusted IT advisor to senior business stakeholders.

 * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

 

Preferred Skills: -

* Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SQL/PLSQL.

* Knowledge of Data Analytics and BI Reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher).

* Oracle Cloud Certification.

 

Location: Brea, CA - Hybrid look for candidates from PST location only
