Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apps Finance Techno-Functional Lead to support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite financial modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financials combined with technical expertise in Oracle Apps development to lead implementations, integrations, and support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Techno-Functional Lead for Oracle Financials modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Provide functional and technical solutions within Oracle EBS.
• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of Oracle Financial enhancements.
• Develop and support custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).
• Work closely with finance teams for month-end and year-end processes.
• Manage integrations between Oracle Financials and external systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Lead offshore/onshore development teams and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Oracle Apps experience
• Strong experience in Oracle Financial modules, such as:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
• Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS R12
• Technical expertise in:
  • PL/SQL
  • Oracle Forms & Reports
  • Workflow
  • XML Publisher / BI Publisher
  • Interfaces and APIs
  • Oracle Concurrent Programs
• Experience with RICE components
• Knowledge of SQL performance tuning
• Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials
• Experience with integration tools (OIC, SOA, REST/SOAP services)
• Experience in financial reporting and reconciliation processes
• Prior experience in lead or architect role
