Oracle Apex Developer

I am Hiring For " Oracle Apex Developer" @Harrisburg, PA. This is the Remote Position. We work on C2C and W2.
Note: Required only local to Pennsylvania Candidates.

Skills Required:
Experience developing in Oracle PL/SQL - Stored procedures, functions, packages, advanced queries
Experience developing applications using Oracle APEX
Strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS (Oracle 19c preferred)
Strong experience using SQL Developer and/or TOAD
Understanding of data modeling principles
Experience integrating web services
Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and testing SQL queries, views and stored procedures in Oracle (and SQL Server)
Previous Commonwealth Experience
Experience modernizing legacy Oracle Forms applications
Exposure to XML, HTML, Web Services, Java, PL/SQL APIs, SOA architecture, Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong understanding of Oracle 19c database features
