Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced OpenText Developer/Consultant to design, configure, and support OpenText Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient document and content management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize OpenText ECM solutions
• Configure OpenText modules such as Content Server, Archive Server, and related components
• Develop workflows, web services, and integrations with third-party applications
• Perform system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
• Create technical documentation and support deployment activities
• Collaborate with business users, architects, and developers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ___+ years of experience working with OpenText platforms
• Strong experience with OpenText Content Server (Livelink)
• Knowledge of OpenText workflows, WebReports, and APIs
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, or OpenText scripting
• Understanding of document management and records management concepts
• Experience with databases (Oracle / SQL Server)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with OpenText xECM, Extended ECM, or Documentum
• Exposure to cloud deployments (AWS / Azure)
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Enterprise domains
• OpenText certification
