Oms Functional Lead

Role: OMS Functional Lead
Location: New York (Onsite)
Duration: Contract

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced OMS Functional Lead with strong expertise in outage management systems, testing strategies, and utility domain integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute test strategy and test plans for OMS applications
* Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing
* Validate outage lifecycle workflows (prediction → detection → isolation → restoration)
* Test integrations with GIS, SCADA, CIS, ADMS, and Mobile Workforce Management (MWM)
* Validate real-time event processing and upstream data accuracy
* Perform API testing (REST/SOAP)
* Conduct database validation (Oracle / SQL Server)
* Execute performance and load testing for outage scenarios
* Validate storm mode and large-scale outage events
* Ensure data integrity across systems during outages
* Collaborate with business, development, and operations teams
* Track defects and ensure timely resolution
* Support UAT and production validation
