Responsibilities
The role involves leading solution design sessions, enhancing product features, and driving innovation across various Oracle Cloud products. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in integration technologies. Core products include Oracle Integration Cloud (hashtag#OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (hashtag#VBCS), Oracle Process Cloud (PCS), and Oracle Database.
Additionally, as part of the SWAT team, this position plays a crucial role in managing C-level escalations and quickly resolving critical customer business challenges to ensure timely, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the deployment of services within Oracle PaaS/SaaS Cloud, including building new service toolkits and setting up the necessary tools and infrastructure.
Act as an advisor during pre-sales activities, specifically around integration solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and peers within the business unit to enhance products and expand the capabilities of services offered to Oracle customers.
Engage with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders—such as development teams, support units, Oracle consulting services, and third-party partners—to promote and drive Oracle Cloud adoption.
This role combines hands-on technical expertise with a strategic advisory component, ensuring seamless integration, cloud adoption, and long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
Over 10 years of experience in large-scale IT implementations, specifically involving Middleware integration components.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle SOA Suite.
Strong working knowledge of VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) and Process Cloud Service (PCS).
Extensive experience designing, developing, and supporting applications across multiple cloud platforms.
In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services.
In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware products.
Proficient in APEX (Application Express) and ODI (Oracle Data Integrator).
Strong background in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
Experience with Unix and UNIX-like operating systems, including RH Linux and Oracle Linux.
Proficient in using REST APIs for system integration.
Strong understanding of open-source technologies and cloud services.
Self-starter with a passion for staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
Adept at handling technical issues, developing action plans, and leading solutions.
Willing to travel up to 30% for client visits and internal sessions.
