Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office 365 Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level Microsoft 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud collaboration tools, security, and identity management, along with strong architectural and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 / Office 365 architecture for enterprise environments
• Lead migrations from on-premises systems to Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)
• Architect and manage identity and access solutions (Azure AD, SSO, MFA)
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance across M365 services
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of O365 environments
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis
• Define best practices for collaboration, communication, and document management

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 architecture
• Expertise in:
  • Exchange Online
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • OneDrive for Business
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Azure Active Directory (AAD)
  • Identity Federation (ADFS, SSO, OAuth)
• Experience in:
  • O365 migration tools and strategies
  • Security & compliance (DLP, eDiscovery, retention policies)
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills
• Deep understanding of hybrid environments
