Expertise in building RESTAPIs & Microservices 
Experience withMongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL 
Knowledge of JWT/OAuth, security best practices 
Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, CI/CD
Team leadership and mentoring experience 
Nice to Have: 
Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ
GraphQL 
Frontend exposure (React/Angular)
