Strong experience with Node.js and building backend systems at scale

• Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
• Comfortable working with cloud platforms like AWS (or Azure/GCP)
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Someone who can balance architecture with hands-on development
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams

Nice to Have:
