Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Network/WiFi Support Engineer to support high-density wireless environments across campuses and live event venues. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting large-scale WiFi networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and support high-density WiFi networks
- Provide onsite support during live events and peak usage scenarios
- Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and interference issues
- Optimize wireless coverage, capacity, and performance
- Perform site surveys and RF analysis
- Work with network teams to ensure seamless integration with LAN/WAN
- Monitor network health and implement proactive improvements
- Handle escalations and provide rapid issue resolution
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with enterprise WiFi solutions (Cisco, Aruba, etc.)
- Expertise in high-density wireless deployments (stadiums, campuses, events)
- Hands-on experience with RF design, site surveys, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs)
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
