Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Network/WiFi Support Engineer to support high-density wireless environments across campuses and live event venues. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting large-scale WiFi networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and support high-density WiFi networks
  • Provide onsite support during live events and peak usage scenarios
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and interference issues
  • Optimize wireless coverage, capacity, and performance
  • Perform site surveys and RF analysis
  • Work with network teams to ensure seamless integration with LAN/WAN
  • Monitor network health and implement proactive improvements
  • Handle escalations and provide rapid issue resolution

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with enterprise WiFi solutions (Cisco, Aruba, etc.)
  • Expertise in high-density wireless deployments (stadiums, campuses, events)
  • Hands-on experience with RF design, site surveys, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs)
  • Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
