Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership for WAN, LAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and network security platforms.
Oversee daily operations: incident management, problem resolution, service availability.
Act as escalation point for high-priority network/infrastructure issues.
Coordinate workload across network services teams (infrastructure + security).
Support initiatives: SD-WAN optimization, network monitoring tools (ThousandEyes, AppDynamics), security integrations (NGFW, identity services).
Vendor coordination and contract oversight.
Ensure compliance with agency security standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Data Center, Telecom, and Security teams.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years supervisory/management experience in networking/telecom.
Strong leadership, incident management, and compliance expertise.
Preferred Skills
Cisco VoIP administration/design (7+ years).
Managing networking teams in complex environments (5+ years).
Supporting 24x7x365 network, voice, and video environments.
