Network Security Manager

• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing coordination
• Ensure compliance with frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)
• Manage and mentor a team of network/security engineers
• Collaborate with IT, cloud, and application teams for secure deployments
• Oversee security audits and remediation plans
• Evaluate and implement new security technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in network/security engineering with 3+ years in leadership
• Strong expertise in:
  • Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
  • Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet)
  • IDS/IPS, SIEM tools
• Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong understanding of security architecture and risk management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications:
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
  • CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
  • CCSP or CCNP Security
• Experience with Zero Trust architecture
• Knowledge of automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell)
• Experience with DevSecOps practices
