Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer to support a high-impact initiative focused on optimizing and enhancing the CrowdStrike SIEM environment. This role will play a key part in improving threat detection, monitoring, and response capabilities by expanding telemetry coverage, integrating critical log sources, and enhancing security dashboards.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SIEM detection engineering, log integration, and stakeholder communication, with hands-on experience in building and tuning security monitoring solutions. You will collaborate closely with Security Operations, IT teams, and leadership to deliver actionable insights and improve overall security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and optimize current SIEM configuration, telemetry, and log ingestion
Expand telemetry and integrate high-value log sources
Develop and enhance dashboards for operational and executive visibility
Improve detection accuracy, monitoring effectiveness, and data correlation
Support rollout and enablement of additional CrowdStrike services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and improvement areas
Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting
