We are actively looking for an experienced Network Services Manager to support a large-scale government client. This is a leadership role focused on managing enterprise network operations, infrastructure, and security environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and oversee Network Services operations (WAN, LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN)
✔ Manage daily operations – incident management, service availability & escalations
✔ Act as escalation point for critical network/infrastructure issues
✔ Coordinate workloads across networking & security teams
✔ Drive initiatives like SD-WAN, monitoring tools (ThousandEyes, AppDynamics), and security integrations
✔ Vendor management & coordination for network services
✔ Ensure compliance with security standards and policies
✔ Collaborate with Infra, Data Center & Security teams
✔ Maintain documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation plans

🔹 Required Experience:
✔ 7+ years in leadership / team management roles
✔ Strong experience in enterprise network operations (24x7 environments)
✔ Hands-on exposure to Cisco networking & VoIP solutions
✔ Experience with SD-WAN, network monitoring & security platforms
✔ Proven experience managing networking teams in complex environments
