Role Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Lead with 9+ years of experience in the Commercial Banking domain, with strong expertise in legacy UI technologies and modernization initiatives.

This role involves:

• Providing end‑to‑end technical oversight for DevX migration
• Driving architectural decisions and ensuring high‑quality delivery of enhancements
• Defining technical strategy and leading refactoring efforts to eliminate DevExpress dependencies
• Ensuring optimal performance and scalability of the application
• Collaborating closely with client stakeholders and development teams (onsite role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall technical leadership and oversight for DevX migration, development, and enhancements
• Define, implement, and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and coding best practices for ASP.NET Web Forms and Silverlight applications
• Lead technical analysis and strategy for replacing DevX components while ensuring feature parity and UI consistency
• Drive the refactoring strategy to remove DevExpress dependencies across the application
• Lead performance tuning and optimization efforts to improve UI responsiveness and reduce page load times
• Conduct formal code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Provide expert guidance on complex technical challenges including state management, postbacks, event handling, and API integrations
• Own and maintain high‑level technical documentation including migration strategy and architectural decisions
• Support production release planning and coordinate deployment approvals with client teams
