Delivery & Ownership (Key): Owns full lifecycle delivery of assigned initiatives, Breaks down requirements into executable deliverables. Drives work to completion, not just “development done” , Ensures quality, testing, and readiness for production, Manages dependencies and flags risks early Hands On Full Stack Development: Actively codes across the stack: Backend (APIs, services, data access), Frontend (UI integration as needed), Database (SQL, performance, data integrity), Reviews and approves code, sets coding and design standards, Debugs production issues when needed Communication & Leadership (Critical): Strong verbal and written communication, translates technical detail into clear status updates , aligns with business partners and product owners , Leads discussions, decisions, and trade offs , Mentors junior developers and coordinates team effort • Backend: Java / .NET / Python (stack dependent) • Frontend: React / Angular / modern JS frameworks • Database: Strong SQL, schema design, performance tuning • APIs: REST, integration patterns • Dev Practices : Git, CI/CD, testing discipline (The exact stack can vary — the delivery mindset is the constant.) Experience Required: 10 & Above
