.NET Full Stack Lead

Role 1: .Net full stack Lead
Both Full-Time & Contract
Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid) -- Local from WA state/Local.

Core Responsibilities
•    Design and develop scalable applications using C# or equivalent OOP languages
•    Build modern, responsive web interfaces using ReactJS (or similar front-end frameworks)
•    Develop robust API and backend components (e.g., Azure Functions or equivalent)
•    Work with SQL and/or NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval
DevOps & Operational Excellence
•    Implement CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable deployments
•    Ensure system observability through telemetry, monitoring, and logging
•    Set up proactive alerting mechanisms to maintain reliability and performance
Collaboration & Communication
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
•    Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment

Preferable:
AI Integration
•    Must Have: Design and build services that integrate Generative AI / LLMs
•    Good to Have: Design and implement AI Agents using frameworks such as MCP or A2A
