.NET Core Support Engineer

Role Description:
 We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer to provide first-line and advanced technical support for a Life Sciences customer. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing applications hosted in an AWS environment while working within agile delivery cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
 • Provide L1 and advanced technical support for applications
 • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues in ServiceNow (SNOW)
 • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain stable AWS-hosted applications
 • Support deployments and upgrades in agile sprint cycles
 • Apply ITIL principles for incident, problem, and change management
 • Maintain knowledge base and documentation for recurring issues
 • Monitor application health and performance using cloud and logging tools
 • Communicate updates and resolutions to stakeholders
