Job Title: .NET Architect
Location: #Richmond, VA (Hybrid/Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure application architectures using .NET technologies 
Lead end-to-end solution design including microservices, APIs, and distributed systems 
Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide best practices 
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions 
Drive cloud adoption and architecture using Microsoft Azure 
Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability 
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards 
Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies
