Job Title – MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Linux Engineer
Location – Elk Grove, CA
Job Type – W2 Contract

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Database Assessment and Planning, Design & Development
Administration & Maintenance of MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Linux
Trend Analysis of the tickets and priority to present insights
Work with India team to streamline process and automation
Ticket Monitoring to ensure end to end business closure of issues
Working closely with Dev team to deploy DBs & support apps
Support On-Prem to cloud migration projects
Documentation and building the knowledge base related to business processes and solutions
On call rotation to support the infra/DB

Required Skills:
5 or more years of industry experience supporting Linux platform
MySQL/Postgres/MongoDB expertise
Docker/Kubernetes experience 
Implement infrastructure automation and scripting using tools like GitHub, Shell & Ansible
Familiarity with AWS/GCP is a plus
Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques for proactive performance management.
