Job Title: MWMOS Business Analyst

Location: Greencastle, PA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (05/15/2026 – 11/15/2026)
Bill Rate: $65/hr
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (MWMOS) with strong expertise in warehouse management systems and ERP integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirements gathering, system design, testing, and production support across warehouse and logistics platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering, Design & Development:
Gather and document requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS) through stakeholder workshops
Act as liaison between business and technology teams
Design system solutions aligned with business needs and IT standards
Create data models, process flows, and system interface designs
Coordinate with vendors and development teams for implementation
Support & Maintenance:
Provide production support, incident management, and break/fix solutions
Conduct functional, regression, UAT, and integration testing
Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts
Monitor system performance and ensure operational efficiency
Training & Documentation:
Conduct training sessions for business and technical users
Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials
Required Skills:
6+ years of experience as Business Analyst on Manhattan WMOS (2010/2018)
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle EnterpriseOne – E1)
Strong hands-on with Oracle PL/SQL, MS SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Triggers)
Experience with Warehouse, Transportation, and Order Management systems (PPS – Pick, Pack, Ship)
Knowledge of integration technologies (XML, webMethods, Oracle Fusion Middleware)
Experience with reporting tools (Cognos, Power BI)
Exposure to automation systems (conveyors, weigh scales, case sealers)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with QAD Precision / Trax
Strong understanding of warehouse automation and logistics systems
