Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Lead Architect to design, lead, and deliver enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in API-led connectivity, system integrations, and enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Define API-led connectivity strategies (Experience, Process, System APIs)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration teams
• Ensure best practices in API design, security, governance, and performance optimization
• Oversee end-to-end implementation, deployment, and support
• Integrate systems across cloud and on-prem environments
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for MuleSoft implementations
• Drive reusable asset creation and enterprise integration standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with strong integration background
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft
• Strong expertise in:
  • Mule 4, DataWeave, API Manager
  • RAML/OpenAPI specifications
  • REST/SOAP web services
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, etc.)
• Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML)
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
