Job Description: MS Dynamics Architect
Experience Level: 8-10+ years

Key Responsibilities:
Must have experience as a Solution Architect in Dynamic 365 and Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365.
Strong Expertise in Supply Chain Management Domain experience
Must have knowledge on Quotes, Order Entries, etc.
Good to have experience transitioning from Unified Service Desk (USD) to Omnichannel / modern agent experiences
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
Must have experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
Expertise in system integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and data architecture.
Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS) and modern architectural styles (microservices, event-driven).
Collaborate closely with business, functional, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into holistic solution designs.
Develop architecture blueprints, system integrations, and data flows ensuring interoperability across front and mid-office systems.
Develop functional/design specifications for any integrations effecting front , mid and Back office systems
Support proof of concepts (POCs), technology evaluations, and vendor assessments related to mid-office systems.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles.
Mentor junior architects and technical leads, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
·        Proven strong solutioning hands on experience in supply chain domains.
·        Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications.
·        Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable recommendations.
·        Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
·        Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
