Ms CRM 365 Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE, CI, and Sales modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable solutions.
• Lead the Development team and maintain integrations using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and other ETL tools.Manage MS Dynamics 365 Application Production Support team Create and manage Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance user experience.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and transformation efforts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications and integrations.
• Document technical designs, architecture, and user guides. Stay current with Microsoft updates and best practices in Dynamics 365 and Azure services.   

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Sales modules.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Insights and customer data platforms.
• Proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 using JavaScript, Power Automate, and Plugins.
• Experience with .Net, API,  SSIS and Azure Data Factory for data integration and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, Common Data Model, and Power Platform.
• Solid understanding of CRM data structures, security models, and workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading an MS Dynamics CRM 365 Production Support team, triaging tickets, Coordinating with business stakeholders, and guiding the production support team   

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform. Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Azure Synapse.
• Background in data analytics or customer journey mapping. Agile/Scrum project experience
