Strong hands-on experience with MSFT Teams Collaboration & Infrastructure
Experience with MTR, CVI, video devices, CQD, and calling
Solid networking fundamentals for real-time communications
Experience with Teams policies and enterprise troubleshooting
Knowledge of Power Platform, MSFT APIs, and app integrations
 
Preferred
Microsoft Teams Collaboration Certification
Enterprise or large-scale Teams environment experience
