We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Manager with strong expertise in mortgage servicing, default management, and end-to-end loan lifecycle operations. This role requires deep domain knowledge and the ability to manage complex mortgage processes and systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end mortgage lifecycle (origination → servicing → closure)
• Manage mortgage servicing platforms and operations
• Handle default management processes including collections, foreclosure, and recovery
• Work on mortgage payments, bankruptcy, and loss mitigation workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize mortgage processes and systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial standards
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
✅ Required Skills
✔ 10+ years of experience in Mortgage domain
✔ Strong expertise in:
Mortgage Origination & Servicing Flow
Mortgage Default Management Flow
Mortgage Payments & Processing
✔ Experience with Mortgage Servicing Platforms (mandatory)
✔ Strong understanding of:
Bankruptcy processes
Loss Mitigation strategies
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
