Middleware Engineer

🚀 Hiring: Middleware Engineer 
📍 Location: NYC, NY – Only Locals(Preferred)
We are looking for a skilled Middleware Engineer with hands-on experience in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA).
🔹 Key Highlights:
Work on OpenShift/Kubernetes-based middleware platforms
Manage WebSphere, DB2/Oracle, MQ, FileNet, LDAP integrations
Drive automation (Jenkins, Ansible) and performance tuning
Support HA/DR setups and production environments
🔹 Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience with IBM BAW/BPM
Strong in middleware administration & troubleshooting
Exposure to cloud, containerization, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
