Job Description
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- Develop and manage workflows, plugins, and business process flows
- Integrate CRM with other systems (ERP, third-party apps, APIs)
- Manage data migration and ensure data accuracy
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for business insights
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot CRM issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Ensure system security and user access control
🛠️ Required Skills
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Understanding of CRM architecture and modules
- Basic knowledge of:
- C#, .NET
- JavaScript
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with SQL Server and data management
- Familiarity with Azure services (optional but valuable)
Functional Skills:
- Business process understanding (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Communication and teamwork skills
