Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
• Develop and manage workflows, plugins, and business process flows
• Integrate CRM with other systems (ERP, third-party apps, APIs)
• Manage data migration and ensure data accuracy
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for business insights
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot CRM issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Ensure system security and user access control

🛠️ Required Skills

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Understanding of CRM architecture and modules
• Basic knowledge of:
  • C#, .NET
  • JavaScript
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience with SQL Server and data management
• Familiarity with Azure services (optional but valuable)
