Job Title: Microsoft Copilot Studio Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Architect to support Cricket’s development teams working on Digital Chatbot and Agent Chatbot solutions.
This role requires a hands-on expert with strong architectural knowledge, not just development experience. The ideal candidate will assess existing implementations, identify gaps, and guide teams toward scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead setup and implementation of Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions 
•    Provide expertise in integration with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) 
•    Analyze current chatbot architecture and recommend improvements 
•    Support development teams in resolving design and performance issues 
•    Ensure best practices in configuration, governance, and scalability 
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business goals

Required Skills & Experience:
•    Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio 
•    Deep knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) 
•    Proven experience in solution architecture and system design 
•    Expertise in integration strategies (APIs, connectors, enterprise systems) 
•    Experience working with chatbots (Digital & Agent-based) 
•    Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing implementations
