MES Program Manager

Role: MES Program Manager

Experience Required: 8-10

Role Descriptions: Ø Managed programs for Manufacturing domains in MES (Preferred managed programs in Siemens Camstar / Siemens OpsCenter Core platform)
Ø Complete life cycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Ø Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to schedule
Ø Enthusiastic, go-getting attitude, great negotiation skills, business intelligence, leadership and organizational skills, problem-solving ability, team player, observational skills, troubleshooting, relationship building, good verbal and written communication skills, computer skill, and managing time effectively

Roles & Responsibilities
Ø Program Management: Manages key initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing processes; develops and implements project plan; builds team ownership and commitment to project plan
Ø Work closely with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
Ø Managing workforce and resource allocation
Ø Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
Ø Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path items while ensuring project quality and utilizing and following appropriate methodologies. Assures project quality by using standard development methodologies.
Ø Communicating and collaborating with program stakeholders
Ø Assessing a program’s pros and cons
Ø Be a mentor, ability to train other associates in the required skills
Ø Ensure the quality of deliverable by working with assurance team
Ø Conducts project postmortems and communicates lessons learned in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Ø Understanding of ANSI/ISA-95 Manufacturing Operations Model
Ø Understanding of functionalities in Manufacturing Execution Systems

Ø Good communication skills, adaptable, fast learner, committed and driven to set and achieve team goals Ø Good leadership abilities: able to coordinate and direct phases of project based efforts while supervising, motivating and leading project teams Ø Must possess excellent ability to facilitate effective communication. Ø Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement Ø Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance Ø Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached Ø Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
