Job:
the Master Data Management Analyst will be responsible for operations and analysis of multi-domain master data across different systems.

Responsibilities:
Manage and support Master Data Management (MDM) processes and operations
Design, document, and improve master data–related processes
Ensure data governance, data quality, and compliance standards are met
Identify and analyze data quality issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with a focus on MDM adoption in business processes
Support and maintain master data within Master Data Management Operations (Informatica preferred)
Provide data analysis and insights to support business decisions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in master data management

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer / data science or equivalent

Professional Experience
6+ years of overall professional experience
4+ years of experience in MDM related data analysis work

Areas of Experience:
Strong understanding of data concepts and data analysis
5+ years SQL and Python skills to perform Data analysis.
2+ years experience building dashboards for visualizing data quality and analysis metrics
Experience with Master Data concepts and frameworks
Experience designing , documenting, and facilitating processes
Experience with Master Data Management technologies and consuming applications
Strong attention to detail
Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with all levels of staff and management (internal and external)

Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with SaaS Informatica MDM offerings (strong advantage)
Experience identifying and resolving data quality issues
Curious and Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement
