Maximo Application Support Consultant

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
• Configure Maximo modules (e.g., Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory)
• Support system upgrades, patches, and deployments
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement enhancements
• Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and workflows
• Manage integrations with third-party systems
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience supporting IBM Maximo
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture and modules
• Experience with SQL and database management (Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server)
• Familiarity with Java and Maximo customization (MBOs, Automation Scripts)
• Experience with incident management and ticketing tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Maximo integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
• Knowledge of Maximo Anywhere or mobile solutions
• Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure)
