Maximo Application Support Consultant

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
• Create and maintain documentation, including configuration guides and SOPs
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support
• Work with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience supporting IBM Maximo Asset Management
• Strong knowledge of Maximo modules: Asset, Work, Inventory, Purchasing, and Service
• Hands-on experience with Maximo configurations, workflows, and automation scripts
• Experience with database management (SQL Server, Oracle)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Maximo upgrades, patches, and integrations
• Knowledge of Maximo reporting and BI tools
• Experience in cloud-based Maximo deployments (Maximo as a Service)
• IBM Maximo certifications
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
