Key Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and create test scenarios & test cases
• Execute manual test cases and document results
• Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira or Bugzilla
• Perform different types of testing (smoke, sanity, regression, exploratory)
• Validate UI/UX functionality and workflows
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts
• Participate in test planning and review meetings
• Retest fixed defects and perform regression testing
• Maintain test documentation and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 0–5 years of experience in software testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Knowledge of testing techniques and methodologies
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL queries)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
