Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester with strong experience in functional and regression testing for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills and hands-on experience validating web and application functionality in Agile environments.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Manual Testing and QA processes
• Expertise in:
  • Functional Testing
  • Regression Testing
  • Integration Testing
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience with:
  • Test Case Creation & Execution
  • Defect Tracking Tools (Jira, ALM, Bugzilla)
  • SDLC & STLC Processes
• Knowledge of:
  • SQL and Database Validation
  • API Testing basics
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Create and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
• Identify, log, track, and validate defects
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams
• Validate business requirements and application workflows
• Prepare test reports and status updates
• Ensure product quality before production releases

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing enterprise web applications
• Exposure to healthcare, banking, or retail domains is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
