Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manhattan Active WM (Warehouse Management) Support Engineer with experience in mobile application support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining warehouse management systems and mobile solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Manhattan Active WM (WMS) applications
• Support and troubleshoot mobile applications used in warehouse operations (RF devices, handheld scanners, etc.)
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, including integrations and data-related problems
• Work closely with business users, warehouse teams, and IT stakeholders
• Handle incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and patches
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Manhattan WMS / Manhattan Active WM support
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes (inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping)
• Experience supporting mobile/WMS applications and RF devices
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and middleware systems
• Experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues under pressure
