Hiring: Manager – Enterprise Architecture & Change Management
Looking for a strong technology governance leader to own enterprise architecture and change control across D&T — covering SAP, Non-SAP, Infrastructure, Network, and OT environments.
This role is about creating a controlled, secure, and standardized technology landscape where changes are governed properly, risks are reduced, and business-critical systems remain stable.
What we’re looking for:
10+ years across SAP, applications, infrastructure, and OT
Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture and Change Governance
Knowledge of TOGAF, ITIL, CMMI, audit, and security frameworks
Ability to act as a control tower between business, applications, infrastructure, and security teams
Strong stakeholder management, governance, and risk-control mindset
This is a key role for someone who understands that technology delivery is not only about execution — it is about architecture discipline, change control, compliance, and long-term system stability.
