Mainframe Specialist

🔹 Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:
✔ 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and/or Information Security
✔ 5+ years in a support role working on Mainframe
✔ Strong technical understanding of Mainframe applications and tools:
TSO
IPSF
Datasets
Resources & Rules
Batch Jobs
DB2
RACF Utilities
✔ Hands-on experience in RACF account and resource administration (add/change/delete users, group creation, membership management, dataset/resource administration)
✔ Experience with ticketing tools for access management, tracking, escalation, and reporting
✔ Knowledge of configuration, maintenance procedures, and documentation
🔹 Additional Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science / Cyber Security / Information Security / Engineering / IT preferred)
🌍 Experience working with distributed/global teams
🗣 Business proficiency in English
⏰ Willingness to work in a 24x7 support model
🔹 Preferred Skills:
⭐ Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools
⭐ Strong understanding of user provisioning & security maintenance processes
