Job: Mainframe Production Support Engineer
Location: Onsite, Berkeley Heights, NJ

Required Skills (rank in order of Importance):
**Strong experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2
**Hands-on experience with TSO/ISPF, SDSF
**Knowledge of job scheduling tools like Control-M / CA-7
**Experience in handling production support (L2/L3)
**Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
**Familiarity with incident management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)
