Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to support and enhance legacy systems critical to business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mainframe technologies and a solid understanding of enterprise application environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications
• Work with COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS environments
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform code enhancements, debugging, and performance tuning
• Support batch processing and online transaction systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integrations
• Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Mainframe Development
• Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS
• Experience with batch and online processing systems
• Knowledge of debugging and performance optimization techniques
• Familiarity with version control and change management tools
