Mainframe Developer – Salt Lake City, UT (Onsite)
We are hiring a strong Mainframe Developer for a long-term opportunity with a direct path to full-time conversion. This role supports critical enterprise systems and requires hands-on experience in core mainframe technologies.
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (100% Onsite)
Duration: Contract to Hire (6 months)
Start: Immediate
Visa: Open
Must Have:
5+ years of Mainframe development experience
Strong hands-on in COBOL, JCL, CICS
Experience with DB2 and VSAM
Production support and debugging experience
Good understanding of SDLC
Ability to work with offshore teams
Responsibilities:
Development and maintenance of mainframe applications
Production support and issue resolution
Requirement analysis and solution delivery
Code reviews and documentation
Coordination with distributed teams
