Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Design, develop, and enhance mainframe applications
✔️ Develop programs using COBOL, CICS, ADABAS, VSAM, and JCL
✔️ Analyze and resolve production issues
✔️ Review business requirements and prepare technical specifications
✔️ Support batch processing and application performance
✔️ Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams
