We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Automation Engineer to lead a critical migration from CA/Broadcom automation tools to IBM Z System Automation. This is a high-impact role focused on modernizing automation frameworks to ensure high availability and operational efficiency.

MUST-HAVE:
Proven experience migrating CA OPS/MVS to IBM Tivoli SA z/OS
Proven experience migrating CA Automation Point to IBM SAIOM
Deep expertise in REXX, OPS REXX, PIPE REXX, and Policy Database (PDB)

Key Responsibilities:
Convert OPS/MVS rules & REXX execs to IBM System Automation configurations.
Implement and manage policy-based automation (PDB).
Manage system startup/shutdown workflows and automation frameworks.
Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and consultancy for automation tools.

Required Skills:
6+ years Mainframe Automation/Operations experience.
Tools: TSO/ISPF, JCL, NetView, SMP/E, IBM Tivoli SA, SAIOM.
Expertise: z/OS system operations, fully automated system configurations, and competing automation tools (Broadcom/CA).
