Legal Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Ensure the organization complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Support business teams in decision-making with legal insights
• Manage litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel when needed
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and policies
• Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures
• Handle dispute resolution and represent the organization when required
