Lead_Devops_Sre

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
• Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for system reliability
• Automate operational tasks and improve system efficiency
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams
• Ensure system observability using monitoring and logging tools
• Drive best practices in DevOps culture and SRE methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Expertise in:
  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
  • Containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing SRE principles (error budgets, incident management)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
• Familiarity with security best practices (DevSecOps)
• Experience with cost optimization and cloud governance
