Job Title: Lead Workday Financials Specialist (AP/AR) – NO HCM
Location: Onsite – McLean, VA
Rate: $60/hr C2C
10+ years in financial systems; 5+ years specializing in Workday Financials.
Workday Financials certification required.

We are seeking a Lead-level Workday Financials candidate with deep expertise in AP, AR, and Financial Modules. This role is strictly focused on Financials—HCM candidates will not be considered.

Qualifications:
10+ years in financial systems; 5+ years specializing in Workday Financials.
Proven experience in AP, AR, GL, and related modules.
Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting, and compliance.
Experience leading Workday Financial implementations and configuration.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Workday Financials certification required.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and design Workday Financial solutions (AP, AR, GL).
Lead full-lifecycle implementations, configuration, and testing.
Gather requirements, assess needs, and drive best practices.
Develop functional specs and detailed design documents.
Lead testing efforts (unit testing, UAT) and create test scripts.
Provide post-implementation support and optimize configurations.
Collaborate on integrations between Workday and other business systems.
