Job Description:
Looking for a Lead Salesforce Solution Architect to drive end-to-end design and delivery across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Financial Services Cloud. This role will lead architecture, integrations, and AI-driven solutions to support business growth and digital transformation.

 Key Responsibilities:

*  Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across FSC, Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, including integrations and AI capabilities.

*  Translate business requirements into scalable designs (data models, user flows, system integrations, and UX).

*  Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and teams to define roadmap, priorities, and solution strategy.

*  Ensure best practices in performance, security, compliance, governance, and reduce technical debt.

*  Drive delivery by supporting Agile planning, guiding teams, managing vendors, and maintaining documentation & architecture standards

Required Skills:

* 8+ years Salesforce architecture experience with strong expertise in FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

*  End-to-end solution design skills including data modeling, security, governance, and multi-org scalable architecture

*  Strong integration experience (API-first, enterprise systems, data platforms, legacy integrations)

*  Financial Services domain knowledge (wealth management, compliance like FINRA/SEC/GDPR)

*  Leadership & delivery experience with stakeholder management, Agile/DevOps, CI/CD tools, vendor management, and AI capabilities (Einstein/GenAI)

Nice to Have:

* Salesforce Certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform App Builder)

* Experience with AI tools (Einstein, GenAI)

* Experience managing vendors
