💡 What You’ll Do
• Lead from the front with hands-on expertise in Java / Spring Boot microservices
• Drive architecture, design, and code quality across systems
• Build scalable APIs and distributed systems
• Work across React frontends and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms
• Own production quality, delivery, and engineering standards
• Mentor and grow high-performance engineering teams
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 8+ years in software development
• 3+ years leading full-stack engineering teams
• Strong experience with:
✔ Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
✔ React
✔ Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Proven experience delivering scalable, high-quality systems
• Strong leadership with accountability and team ownership
