Job Description:
Lead the design and development of scalable Java/Spring Boot applications. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, build secure and high-quality code, and guide teams on best practices. Drive architecture decisions, microservices development, and ensure performance, security, and reliability. Collaborate with Agile teams and oversee deployment, cloud, and DevOps strategies.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React
Expertise in microservices architecture and system design
Experience in code reviews, debugging, and technical leadership
Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices
Strong understanding of performance, security, and scalability principles
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
